Edward Neuman (b. 1943 in Rydultowy, Poland) is Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

Neuman has published several papers on approximations and expansions, special functions, and mathematical inequalities.

Neuman served as a Validator for the original release and publication in May 2010 of the NIST Digital Library of Mathematical Functions and the NIST Handbook of Mathematical Functions.
