Adri B. Olde Daalhuis

Adri Olde Daalhuis (b. 1964 in Oss, The Netherlands) studied mathematics at the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, The Netherlands, and did his Ph.D. research at the Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), Amsterdam. He is now Professor in the School of Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, U.K. On August 24, 2012, he was appointed Mathematics Editor for the DLMF Project.

Olde Daalhuis has published numerous papers in asymptotics and special functions and in addition to his responsibilities as Mathematics Editor of the DLMF, he is the author or coauthor of the following DLMF Chapters

• 13 Confluent Hypergeometric Functions

• 15 Hypergeometric Function

• 16 Generalized Hypergeometric Functions & Meijer G-Function
